Feedback for pao420

i bought a sony ericsson p990i from this guy. he said everything is A-ok. good working condition ang unit, no problem whatsoever. here's the complete description nya sa unit. the comments highlighted in yellow are my description.
openline fresh
complete - *no headset
no repairs
never opened
lady owned - now he's saying he personally used the phone
no hangups - may problema yung touch screen
all orig - charger CLASS A

i tried to buy new battery but the store told my that the battery is not the main problem. SHORT ang unit nya. i informed him regarding sa problema ng unit nya before i decided to buy new battery but no reply from him. i send the unit to sony ericsson service center for check-up and they confirmed to me that there's a problem with the unit. i called the seller and he's insisting that he's unit is very fresh, no problem when he's using it. and we also agreed that the unit is subject for 1 week observation. so after 3 days of using the phone, i texted him the problem. but no reply. tinawagan ko sya pero sya pa ang arogante..

HINDI MAPAGKAKATIWALAAN ANG SELLER NA 'TO. HE'S NOT TELLING THE TRUE CONDITION OF HIS ITEMS. BEWARE...
